I think that’s an interesting idea, in theory. I can see a lot of opportunity for predation, however, so you’d have to carefully vet mentors. And, obviously, I had a trust factor involved with asking help from an old friend that would be absent in this kind of partnership. So would people reach out to strangers? Maybe?
