Yes! lol I listened to a (YNAB of course) podcast where they talked about the idea of “spending guides” (or something) instead of “budget.” That’s definitely how I use/see mine. I no longer see budgets as “the only things you can buy cuz you’ve been naughty!” and I see it as “these are the things you CAN buy, including a few fun things.”

And that works great for a collection you want to build in the future. ;)
